I come back to my last post, positively. For some time now, and from time to time we like to treat ourselves. Either take away or on site, comfortably seated and taking the time to taste the excellent pastries, a treat for our taste buds. Thank you Julien and his team for your expertise, the waitresses, all the staff for their welcome. I would like to underline a point of great importance for all celiac people like me: Julien is the only one in Épinal to offer 4 different gluten-free pastries, without altering the pastry by knowing how to professionally appropriate the ingredients, the flavors, the citrus fruits.. .In short, everything is there.
