I went to eat at this restaurant in the center of Ljubljana this summer. They have many gluten-free options, I ate goulash with polenta (which is served without bread for celiacs) and a starter of polenta with melted cheese. Everything was delicious and the prices were more than fair. We went there for dinner one evening and returned for lunch the next day. BOOK EARLY they always have full seats
