I have been to Sorriso several times (formerly Junior Chef Pizza) and I can say that the new name perfectly suits the mood you leave with after eating.
Super helpful staff and always smiling, excellent waiting times.
As for the food, what can I say, it is exquisite.
I discovered this pizzeria two years ago because it is renowned on various blogs for celiac people and so we decided to try it.
All the fried foods are gluten-free, yesterday we had the cheese bombette with pasteurized egg yolk, and montanare with sauce and parmesan and pistachio and mortadella pesto. Delicious dough, same thing for the gluten-free pizzas, they are a guarantee, especially the gourmet ones. light dough and well cooked. (The attached photo of the pizza is half Er Patata and half Er Foco, we split the pizzas)
To finish we decided to have a dessert, they are fried pasta threads with Nutella, also delicious.
I recommend trying it at least once!
