The most amazing food. Everything is made in house and locally sourced. The atmosphere is elegant yet homie. Food was as good as the hype. Reservations only but check throughout the day and sometimes they open up. The server did a great job explaining everything, making suggestions, and checking back. Gluten free friendly.

Very nice remodel of the building. We were seated immediately at our reservation time. Attentive waitress, I ordered the filet, it was just OK. Not bad, but just ok. Wife ordered the steak frites and loved them. The only real negatives: NO gluten free dessert options. We were seated upstairs where the seating is way too close to others and WAY TOO LOUD. I could barely hear my wife’s conversation. The decibel level was 105. Will give it another try but will request downstairs. Overall great addition to Johnson City with no real competition.
