Just a Pizza My Mind

I'm not gonna lie I judged this place a little too hard at first but I found myself still thinking about my pizza weeks later. I was shocked lol. I thought the portions looked small - I didn't even finish my pizza and my kids didn't complain about being hungry. I thought it was expensive as hell - I still think it is but considering how much I enjoyed it and dream about it to this day, the price is justified. AND they offer vegan cheese and gluten free crust. I didn't try the gf crust but I did have the vegan cheese. Idk what magic went into it but the taste and texture was like real cheese. 10/10 would come back!

The pizza was top notch and the staff is so friendly! They took the time to explain which pizzas might fit my preference as they have so many options. Appreciate their gluten free and vegan options as you don’t see those often. If you see this truck, try it out ASAP you can’t go wrong!
