Just a Pizza My Mind

We had dinner at Just A Pizza My Mind a few nights ago & it was so delicious! It can be difficult to find options for our whole family (1 gluten free & 1 vegetarian), but with the build your own pizza options - everyone was happy! The crust & toppings were delicious. Hopefully we will see more veggie options or special vegetarian pizzas as the menu grows & changes (but so happy to have them so early in the business opening!). Looking forward to our next pickup & supporting a local business again!

I'm not gonna lie I judged this place a little too hard at first but I found myself still thinking about my pizza weeks later. I was shocked lol. I thought the portions looked small - I didn't even finish my pizza and my kids didn't complain about being hungry. I thought it was expensive as hell - I still think it is but considering how much I enjoyed it and dream about it to this day, the price is justified. AND they offer vegan cheese and gluten free crust. I didn't try the gf crust but I did have the vegan cheese. Idk what magic went into it but the taste and texture was like real cheese. 10/10 would come back!
