I'm there every year. Always about my birthday. This salad was created last September! It is a hometown for me. Caro and the coastal smokehouse. Super friendly staff, sensitive, warm and, at least unlike many other restaurants, they also know their technical stuff. There is even the option of having fish breaded gluten-free. Many people should learn a thing or two. Although as a cook I prefer to buy fish at the counter and sizzle in the comfort of my holiday apartment. I would still like there to be more vegetables to choose from! E.g. Beautiful oven roasted carrots, mashed peas... Eating there is more like eating at a snack bar. Personally, it's too loud for me when there's a lot going on, but I'm very particular about it. But it has charm and personality and in the summer you can grab a beach chair in front of it if you're quick. First come, first served ;)

We were there on vacation and ate there every day, although we had a choice between other restaurants, we preferred this one. The fish...no matter which one...top class. It is also possible to get gluten-free dishes. Everything is freshly prepared and tastes great, the price-performance ratio is unbeatable and the staff is super competent and very friendly. So we'll be back.
