I'm a big sushi lover, and I recently tried Kanbu sushi for the first time. I was so impressed with their delicious and quality rolls! I have celiac disease and was so excited to find they had a gluten free menu, and the waitress assured me everything would be prepared safely for me. There were also vegetarian options as well. I tried the ginger tea, which was some of the best tea I've ever had and will definitely be ordering that again! The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was very welcoming, and there is plenty of seating area. If you are looking for good sushi in Ann Arbor, definitely check out Kanubu downtown!
