KHAOSOI THAI ZEN

I have celiac so GF is a priority for me. There were a lot of GF options, not the usual 1-2 items and they don’t charge extra for GF. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Right off the bat I felt comfortable. My daughter is vegan. They also had many options for her. We had spring rolls that were rolled a little loose but they and the peanut sauce were delicious. Then the signature Khaosoi, which is a curry noodle soup. Very delicious and flavorful. We had ginger stir fry. Some people didn’t care for the ginger match sticks in the stir fry but I loved it. I am so excited at this neighborhood find.

We had a fantastic dinner here last night. I'm vegan and my mom is gluten free, so I waited until this morning to post a review just in case. I am happy to say that this restaurant can do fantastic vegan food and delicious gluten-free food for us to share. I haven't had khao soi since I was in Chiang Mai and it was as yummy as I remembered. You might have to clarify or explain what gluten-free and vegan means, since there was confusion with the wheat egg noodles, but the staff was thoughtful and caring and were great at listening to us explain! They take allergies seriously. I definitely recommend eating here!
