NOT GF friendly... They only have 1 sauce that's Gluten Free, they add soy sauce to almost everything. If they would use Tamari, which tastes the same, everybody could enjoy the sauces.
It took me 20 minutes for all the servers to figure out what I could, or could not have.. Then they told me the spicy chili paste and sesame oil(not a sauce). Forget "grilling" method if you eat fish, only option is "boiling". I'll keep going to Umi Hot Pot, TONS of dipping sauces and clearly labeled.
