KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

Newly limited their Gluten free options! Unfortunately today was my second time going to Kpot and we were informed that they no longer have gluten free soup broth. The soup was our favorite part of the experience so we will unfortunately not be returning.

Surprise B day dinner to a great friend. 4 adults , 3 kids under gratuity old $200+++ for dinner, not including the tip. Oh by the way , nothing more then 4 waters and 3 lemonade for the kids. That is right no cocktails to add on our bill. With that said first time here, waited 1hr. In our car to be seated. Not much room inside to wait, and only about 12 stools at the bar. Don't get me wrong, bartenders were friendly. $15+ cocktails, $6+ beers... Not so good... you are not told you are timed when seated!!!!!! That's right. Even though All u can eat style, you are timed. When this place was busy, meats , veggies and noodles could take some time to hit your table. We had raw chicken waiting for k cup over 10mins. No way of cooking it. Remember you are timed!!!!! Another good one. If 1 person wants ths BBQ, the entire table has too!!!! $5 add on.... kids were $12. That's a lot for mainly nuggets and fries. 2 of our 3 kids wound up sick.... 2 of us were GLUTEN free .. even telling our server like person, we both got sick. I only had a thin Ribeye steak that took 40mins to cook on grill.... Grills are old, so they turn off or time out after a few mins. Wound up eating my veggies raw. We still got sick. Oh by the way, about the time my steak cooked, we were told we only had 10 mins. To vacate the booth .. what!!!!!!! Hard to Eat $35 worth of white rice and raw veggies!!!! Better going to Beacon u0, River Rock or MJs and getting drunk plus dinner for what we paid. Floors dirty, forget about the restrooms. That says it all for me ... won't visit again! By the way parking not so good, careful if you think you can park in a food pick up signage area, local security and police ticketing... That is my 1 and last review for here. Eat if you can, at your own risk. Holy cow , my friend The Birthday Boy Credit Card was overcharged $100. Bill was Over $300 + 18 percent gratuity automatically. What the $#@!%.
