Sophia H was wonderful!! Our group had dietary restrictions (gluten free) and she was very knowledgeable about ingredients (broth options and marinated meat) and accommodations (gluten-free soy sauce and changed the grill after cooking each batch of meat).

Happy gluten free vegan eating hot pot ! Lots of veggie options for hot pot, tomato soup base is delicious. Gluten free noodles (sweet potato noodles) which were wonderfully chewy and cooked very well. My new favorite spot !
