This was a very fun experience! We were seated and everything was explained to us. You can get hot pot, grill, or both as all you can eat for a two hour time frame. We ended up going with both. We didn't expect to stay for two hours but it felt like you needed that time and we stayed fout about an hour and 45 minutes. You can go up to the appetizer bar to get a few things like kimchi or seaweed salad, both excellent BTW. You also can get sauces and silverware there. You go back to your table and can order items for the grill and hot pot on the table tablet. Those items were delivered to our table very quickly and we got to cookin! It was very interactive. I had ordered a gluten free broth but sadly, it really didn't have much flavor at all. The appetizer bar did have gf soy sauce which I did add to my broth but it sadly didn't feel like enough so I probablyneeded a lot more. I still really enjoyed my food, as did my husband. We left very full!

By looking at the reviews which are 1 star it seems as if there might be a MANAGEMENT PROBLEM COUGH COUGH ( JEREMIAH THE TOUGH GUY) While visiting from outta town and I decided to try out KPOT. It’s my first time in a hot pot let alone this. franchise location in Sioux Falls SD. I do have dietary restrictions and I informed my server. Part of the experience is to get up and grab your own condiments and potentially even appetizers. The SPRING ROLLS & FRIED RICE only mention that it was cooked in vegetable oil. NO MENTIONS OF DAIRY/EGGS OR ANY OTHER ALLERGEN. I ask one of the servers ( Red/brunette hair, glasses , has the emo look to her with piercings which also didn’t have a name tags, if there was any sort of dairy in the food after I put some on a plate for myself. She said there’s egg in the rice and the spring rolls with a rude tone and attitude. I looked at her and looked at the food questioning where is the egg in this dish I couldn't see it and it says spring rolls most spring rolls don’t have egg. If there is egg in both foods there is discrepancy with the description because it’s not labeled for allergen concerns. I walk away and while doing so one of the managers overheard and gave me a master list of ingredients that has all allergens to them. The SPRING ROLLS and the FRIED RICE are not listed on the master sheet he gave me and no one would still know if there was Egg in the FRIED RICE AND SPRING ROLLS because it’s still not mentioned where the food is sitting. After I finished my food and it was time to pay I asked our server for the manager and then thanked the manager; Jeremiah for bringing me the master sheet for reference but I also inform him about his servers rude attitude and the need for clarification on the allergens for the FRIED RICE AND SPRING ROLLS. With an attitude and condescending tone he states “ Well the peanut sauce says “peanuts” do we have to mention there’s peanuts in there. There’s also the list there that says there is allergens to look out for by the condiments. He then says “Fried rice and EGG ROLLS typically come with eggs.” I told him “Yes very true but who’s suppose to know if there is no mention of and allergens are a serious concern. We don’t need to know if bread has gluten but if it’s a gluten free bread there is a label for it. And it’s not just for my concern but it’s the restaurants and future customers.” Maybe it’s the fact that I am from out of town and it’s very evident that I and the group I was with are, but this conversation/experience was not what it should have been. The manager himself knew he was being a jerk and he can tell by my facial expression I wasn’t going to play into his game. I said my few things and kept it moving. There’s other customers looking to eat in this resturant and I’m not looking to make a scene but just inform him as to why the particular items weren’t touched at all. Best practice for anyone who’s out of town or has allergens is to STAY AWAY! YOUR LIFE is more important than a back and forth conversation with someone who doesn’t even care for the livelihood of other Jeremiah the manager is a problem for this restaurant.
