I wish I had taken photos of the food, but we were so excited to eat that I forgot. Some tips for easy ordering: 1. You must order online through THEIR website -- you cannot order at the window. 2. It is not a food truck.. it is a large commissary kitchen shared by a few different restaurants. KaPow is on the back side closer to the intersection, and 3. You'll have to call to let them know you're there. But on to the food! Holy Jesus lord in HEAVEN was this food good. We used to eat at Bang Bar, but their prices are exorbitant, there is hardly any meat in their dishes (even when I pay for extra), and they can't get their spice rating consistent. So my roomie and I have been trying to find a new Thai place for our main place. Enter, KAPOW! Had a bit of a kerfuffle ordering (didn't know we couldn't order there), and it ended up taking about 40m instead of 15m. The woman who works there literally walked hot cruchy rolls TO MY CAR for free because of the wait. They were AMAZING. We got our food before the estimated finish time and brought it home where we stood at the counter stuffing our faces like heathens before we decided to slow down and dish up into a bowl. It was just that good -- we didn't want to stop eating. The portions were MASSIVE. It was so much food. My roommate got the Pineapple fried rice (+tofu, -egg, -fish sauce) and it was easily three portions of food. Also, I mistakenly went to the window when we first got there, and spoke with the woman employee (i feel so bad that i dont know her name) before ordering. I let her know we needed the rice dish to be vegan, and there was no where to specify this online. She said she would remember, so I ordered online, but then I forgot to check a box on the website when ordering for gluten free. She literally came out to my car to verify my order. So so SO nice of her. My father and I got Pad Si Iew with Sirloin steak, and there was more meat than noodle in this dish! How generous! And the flavor? 10/10! Absolutely delicious mix of sweet and salty from the brown soy. I'm heating some up for lunch as we speak. We added steamed vegetables for 7.00 more, and they were cooked perfectly. My dad kept raving about them. They were perfect al denté. I ordered the Ka Pow Chicken over rice. Again, massive freaking portion. I easily have 70% left over. And jam packed with flavor. The ground chicken absorbed so much basil and spice flavor that every bite was so satisfying. A few nice big chunks of red bell pepper were a welcome change from the normal green bell pepper at other Thai restaurants. So glad I tried something new because this was delicious. To sum up: Wonderful service, great portion sizes, and amazing food. I called them in the middle of eating just to tell them how great the food was.

Authentic tasting & offers reasonable options for gluten-free eaters (ie you won't just get bland/steamed meat just because you have to order gluten-free). Nice sized food portions also. There is no dine-in option here. Avoid peak order times if you don't want to wait longer than 1 hr to pick up your food.
