To be fair, I knew that they didn't have dedicated gluten-free facilities and I did not ask for the food to be remade. I read on Find me Hluten Free that someone else had successfully eaten there, with just asking for their food to be cooked with gluten-free soy sauce.
Unfortunately, within 10 minutes of my first bite of the hibachi meal, I could feel myself getting sick. Given the cost of the meal, I was very disappointed that I was only able to eat maybe 1/8 of it before I had to stop.
I'm still giving the food two stars because it was yummy until I started getting ill. If you have gluten sensitivities, this is not the place for you. If you don't, then this is a great spot to eat.
