I go here regularly for lunch. The sushi is always fresh and they have a large selection and a dedicated gluten free menu that is celiac safe; however I did get sick (glutened) here once on some take out a few years ago. I think it was the soy sauce that they packed for me - it was labelled GF but I think it was swapped by mistake. Now I just bring my own GF soy sauce and haven't had any more issues! They get pretty busy here during lunch hours so I recommend making a reservation. They do leave the counter open for walk-ins though and they always do their best to accommodate people without a reso. The rolls average about ~$14/each and their fish is consistently top-shelf quality. All in all I highly recommend kabuku!
