Hallelujah! Gluten free sushi in Santa Fe! Not just "we have tamari sauce"; Gluten free items marked directly on their menu (so are vegetarian, cooked, and spicy.) Nigiri prep area is dedicated gluten free. Staff is knowledgeable about celiac specifically. My husband is Celiac and the rest of us aren't. Everything we ordered was wonderful (really, I never thought I would rave about fried rice, but OMG it was SO GOOD❣️) The prices seem a little high, for the non-sushi, until you see the portions! I have at least two more meals out of my fried rice plate. Nigiri is 2 pieces. Rolls are 8 pieces. Four people with drinks, dinner, and dessert $140 (~$35 per person, only one meal not sushi.) Service was a little slow. Not sure if it was the kitchen or the server, but it was our first visit and they were packed.

Pretty good! Gluten free is easy to do here. Miso soup is great. They are very accommodating for dietary issues!
