Stumbled on this new place on our way to another plate on the street, and saw they have gluten free ramen and vegan tonkotsu! That is a rare find! I had to try it. My husband got the Black Tonkotsu Ramen and he said it’s the best ramen he’s ever had!
My creamy vegan Tonkotsu Ramen with pork (belly) Chashu was delicious that I’m bringing home the broth to have again!
We are leaving more than satisfied!

Just what we needed. Everything was delicious & the gentleman waited on us hand & foot. It's on a busy street but you can find parking in the Starbucks/Bristol Farms area. Vegan, vegetarian, & gluten-free options. + a delicious spinach ramen!
