Kairos Mediterranean

We stopped here on a roadtrip for a quick bite to eat. I have lots of food allergies (gluten, eggs, dairy, peanuts) and liked that the menu was marked with things safe to eat. The manager helped me find food options. However, I will caution that the food is assembled on a buffet-style line, which is a classic danger for people like me. I chose things to add to my bowl based on how clean and close the toppings were. The food was pretty good, and I didn’t get sick. I would come here again, but wouldn’t chance ordering ahead because of the high cross contamination factor.

I have only been here twice, but the food is so scrumptious. I feel it's one of those restaurants. The more you go, the more you learn and can try different combinations. They have some of the best soda on tap it's Maine Root, which is sweetend with cane sugar and non gmo. They also have some diet drinks. However, I don't remember the sweetener. Oh, and did I mention nearly every option is gluten-free!
