I could finally eat sushi, because I'm celiac and I can't easily find something to eat in Japan. They have a gluten free menu, unfortunately not the soy sauce for me but I was satisfied.

Very happy. There is also a gluten-free option, they give you the special menu and they cook it for you separately. They let you use your gluten-free soy without a problem. They also understand English perfectly.
