Had dinner here several nights- excellent atmosphere and diverse menu. Had a separate gluten free menu available. Wide variety of drinks on tap.

This was the my least favourite food place in Kalbarri. The food was woeful and several of the staff were rude, including the chef. My daughter is anaphylactic to nuts, which I explained to them and asked whether her selected meal was nut free. The women taking my order popped back to the kitchen to ask twice, each time only to return and explain that the meal contained gluten. Rather than explain for the third time the difference between nuts and gluten, I asked to speak to the chef, who refused to talk to me. This is simply not good enough. As a chef, even at a country pub, he should take the concerns of his patrons seriously, especially so far as it concerns a potentially life threatening allergy. I would not recommend this place even if it was the last place to eat.
