They do have gluten free options and the server took great care to ensure all the food was gluten free! My wife’s food was not gluten free as you can see by the photo 😂

Tried Kalypso for lunch with family since it had the shortest line. The food was okay. They could accommodate vegetarian and gluten free people in our party. Our observation was that the restaurant had extended hours compared to nearby restaurants and thereby had a good crowd most of the time.

I’m celiac and vegetarian so it’s hard to find good places to eat - Henry really took care of me and was able to make sure my meal was totally safe for me and I had some delicious gluten free veggie tacos and spinach artichoke dip with toasted gluten free bread
