Such good energy in this place. My son is VERY particular about his cheese pizza and they nailed it…and my wife and I had a delightful gluten free vegan. This was a luxury!🙏

Who would’ve thought I'd have one of the best pizzas while randomly stopping by a farmers market in Maui? We spotted a small food truck “Margarita’s” next to the market in Olowalu and decided to give it a try. The owner was welcoming and happily swapped out toppings and added a few extras based on what we wanted. The dough was incredibly fresh and light, and the pizza itself was absolutely delicious. They also offer gluten-free and vegan options. We loved it so much that we planned to return another day during our trip, but missed it as the truck had already closed by around 5:30pm. We made another trip the next day just to enjoy it one last time before leaving Maui. There are a few outdoor tables set up near the truck, nothing fancy, but the setting really stood out as the place is surrounded by fruit trees and a small farm next to it, and chickens wandering around. The whole place had this peaceful rural charm that made the experience even better.
