Wife and I had a great experience at the chef’s table at Kanopi for her birthday. The table is inside the kitchen and sat 3 couples (including us). It was omakase style and each dish was really unique and delicious. They were also easily able to accommodate a gluten free restriction. We had the wine pairing and appreciated the sommelier’s explanations of the Portuguese wineries that produced the wine. You could tell he not only knew the wines but the wineries and their histories as well. Overall, we had a great and unique experience and would recommend to anyone interested. Thank you Chef Anthony and team!
