Karibas restaurant is a fabulous place in Ballinasloe.Staff are friendly,very efficient and food is very special. I stopped for a gluten free lunch of salmon rice and fresh vegetables served with saute potato. Sauces were so tasty and I was in and fed in 30 mins. I was very happy!
