I first visited Karoo as part of the taster trail, I am gluten free and they adjusted the taster so I could have it even though they really didn't have to. We visited again in the evening and the food and drinks were amazing. The ribs were some of the best that I have had! Karoo should absolutely not be a hidden gem, it is far too good!
