For over a year I ordered from Kashi on a weekly basis - I loved their spicy tuna rolls! When ordering online, I always made sure to mark my order as "Gluten free - Gluten allergy." When eating in the restaurant, I always flagged to my server that I had a gluten allergy. One day, while ordering on the phone, they told me the spicy tuna rolls are not gluten free - I asked when this changed, and they said they always contained gluten. I've stopped ordering from them entirely - I became very concerned that I was eating gluten the entire time - even though I didn't react to whatever amount of gluten was in the food. Be very careful with your allergies here! I was very disappointed in the change.
