We visited Kaspas for the first time and only time today. They claim to be the king of desserts yet had a very limited menu due to shortages.
We were not informed of any shortages when seated only when we went to order at the bar. The bar which boasts aircon which Is tapped in the ceiling and dripped on my head and body several times.
The toilets were out of order.
We were not even allowed a glass of water because they couldn't access it.
The food came out staggered so we had finished before the rest of our table even got their order.
The menus are sticky and soggy which is just gross.
The highlight of this venue is the friendly staff.
All establishments go through things with regards to low stock etc. It would have been professional to have a sign at the entrance before allowing people to be seated and then have to keep going vack and forth to the counter asking if such items are available.
Gluten free wise it is awful, there was one item I saw on the menu which said it was gluten free. I asked a member of staff who did not know anything about gluten free options. We are in 2021 the times when we should be more accommodating and that should include being aware of dietary requirements and the basic things you should be aware of in order to carer for it.
