I got a basic chocolate chip cookie. It was alright. It was pretty hard, which I suspected by the looks of it, but I didn't want to be rude and not buy anything after walking in. I bake a lot, so I know how to make soft/softer cookies. I'm just curious to know what their recipe is. Maybe the bigger cookies are causing a longer bake time, resulting in harder cookies. Maybe people just prefer them that way.
I know this is a lot about one simple cookie lol, but I'm pregnant and had a craving, so I had high hopes. I was, however, very pleased to see gluten-free and vegan options. So that's a plus!
