Always delicious, fast, and great service. We also get carry-out frequently and it's always great. Love the Dinosaur roll! Would love more options with steamed shrimp in rolls so I can avoid gluten....keep up the good work Katana!

I had an amazing meal and experience here!
I started my order by asking if the ramen noodles were flour based or rice...the server went to find out and immediately all staff were engaged in finding gluten free alternatives. I am gluten and dairy free and had not shared that yet as we all knowhow uncomfortable it gets asking for substitutes. The manager/owner (unsure) came table side to offer an alternative to each ingredient that needed to be replaced. I had amazing ramen and sushi gluten free with fantastic service!! Thank you Katana!
