They have a take out window for you to pick up your order but you'll be ignored for 10 minutes before you get your food. Food is mostly good but I've had a few experiences where the quality was just bad. For example I once ordered their lobster roll on a gluten free bun. Half the bun was burned black and there was almost no lobster meat. And I mean that very literally it was a tiny tiny portion size for a $30 price tag. I've always tipped generously but have stopped at this point.

Kate’s is a great place to eat. There are not many food trucks that offer vegan food. They are very careful about keeping the vegan food separate from the meat. I also do not know how many food trucks offer a separate gluten free fryer. My husband really likes their fried chicken sandwich.
If you have any issues with your meal, they are awesome about making it right. Highly recommended!
