Happened upon this place while walking in Portland on a warm spring day. I was thrilled to come across a vegan and gluten-free ice cream shop, because I couldn’t remember the last time I ate an actual ice cream cone due to my allergies! It was fantastic! The cones were delicious and the ice cream flavor and texture was spot on. What a gem!
