Allessa is so talented! I always recommend to my brides or friends as well as my own parties for dessert needs! Her gluten free or dairy free options are so delicious, no one can ever tell that they are different. I am not sure theres a flavor I have tried that I didn't like, but the Andes Mint is my absolute favorite. Her designs are beautiful as well! I highly recommend.

We found Allessa at a wedding festival and THANK GOD WE DID! She was the ONLY caterer there that had gluten-free samples to taste. After trying a few (okay, maybe more than a few), we knew we had to hire her for our wedding. To put it simply, her gluten-free cake is the BEST I have ever tasted. It does not have a weird texture or dry like many gluten-free treats. We ordered different flavored cupcakes and later added on some gluten-free dessert shooters. ALL of my guests were commenting on how delicious everything was. They particularly loved the shooters. Not one person knew or could tell they were gluten-free. The banana pudding dessert shooter is to die for! Allessa was friendly and professional throughout the entire process from meeting her to tasting to setting up and delivery. Everything was perfect for our day, thank you Allessa!
