I've been coming to Katie's for 14 years. This place is neutral in terms of service and food. I've had horrible and wonderful experiences here. However, I'm a little bummed how you can't substitute toast with a healthier option, but you can substitute French fries with 4 other options? Those who want to eat healthier/food allergies/Celiac's cannot have a substitution. Nonetheless, you get what you pay for at the end of the day.
