Stacey was the BEST server!! My mother is gluten free and Stacey was so knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. The beer and food here is great, they have tons of options (not just IPAs for those who don’t love IPAs). They also have wonderful cocktail options. I would 100% recommend Kauai Island Brewing Co to anyone visiting Kauai!

They seem to be very knowledgable to gluten free people. I sure enjoyed my pizza and kids did as well. Wife enjoyed her chicken salad. This place was a good little spot and not too pricey.
