Great food, one of our favorite spots in seattle. They are great at gluten free, but I wish they would show the same care for vegetarian. I ordered a tofu dish, but it came with sardines. I think it’s easily done, you just need to be sure to clarify when vegetarian.

Everything was excellent! Peanuts, pickled veg, shrimp chips, pork ribs, fried chicken wings, and rice dish with beef. And everything was gluten free! Holy cow. We will be back, many times.
