We were very impressed with sushi chef. She made all accommodations to serve my son with celiacs (GF) sushi by changing to new mat and making sure there was no cross contamination or wheat in the sushi.

Amazing! The sushi was incredibly fresh and the amount of fish in each roll is great. I am gluten free and asked if the spicy edamame was gf. Our server talked to the chef to confirm it did not contain gluten and the chef even came out several minutes later to confirm we weren't both gf as one of my fiance's items did contain gluten. Love the small dining room and intimate atmosphere. Will definitely go back!
