Food wasn’t thoroughly cooked and my child with celiacs was denied gluten free French toast because “they didn’t like the presentation due to the bread being frozen”, despite them having gluten free bread. Service was slow. We’ve given it 4 visits and constantly have the same experience. Also, it’s miserably cold. Having worked in the service industry for decades I understand dropping the temp for hustling staff, but this is different. All of us sat with our teeth chattering on an 80 degree day. Mentioned to our server who said, “yeah. We get complaints about it all the time and we’re freezing too”. Not a pleasant experience at all. We won’t return.
