The first place I have seen that sells gluten-free souffle pancake. Very interesting. Welcoming staffs. Clean premise. The place did not seem to be air-conditioned. However, they have sufficient fans around the place, which was thoughtful. Ordered tiramisu souffle pancake. The pancake was very jiggly and wasn't too sweet. It was nice.

After going to Japan I dreamed of Japanese fluffy pancakes, and then I found a gluten free souffle pancake place in my home town! We visited for the first time yesterday and I had a strawberry pancake and it was heaven. I also had a strawberry chocolate mile drink that looked like a cocktail and you could choose if you had it hot or cold. The atmosphere was nice and the service great, but as it was a Saturday lunchtime in the CBD it was pretty quiet. I think this place would surely be very popular during the working week.
