Kelly Greens is a much needed health focused food location Niagara had been missing! Absolutely love that all the options are gluten free, and full of ingredients that leave me feeling satisfied without the heaviness of traditional fast food. Highly recommend.

Came to Kelly's eats for a quick bite to eat. The turkey chilli was out of this world So freah with a little zing. They make gluten free cornbread to go with it. *Chefs kiss* The smoothies were cold and tasty as well. We put Serena to the test asking lots of questions about ingredients she was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. I think the best part about the meal was the peanut butter protein balls. Never in my life did I think I would come to the gym for dinner. It did not disappoint. Will return!
