Kelsey's is a safe bet to any group looking for that dine in experience. Staff was polite and efficient, food was good and reasonably priced and the location was well kept and offered comfortable seating. This location also gets an extra gold star on account of being able to provide decent alternatives for individuals who have dietary restrictions, in my case its gluten, cant speak on any other restrictions for sure though. All in all, decent place, nothing special, once again, I consider it the safe bet.
