Kelseys Original Roadhouse

Great experience. Placed an order for pickup 12/29/2025 and unfortunately, the order was incorrect. However, the awesome bartender working the close shift welcomed us into the restaurant, and went above-and-beyond correcting our order, and lost time. The kitchen staff made perfect food. Thank you for fixing our order, and my gluten-free sandwich near a busy closing time

I have celiac disease and this was probably the best “non-gf” restaurant experience I have had! I was a bit wary as the last time I went to a Kelsey’s (different location) there were issues but this was great. I had the balsamic chicken, which I think has recently changed recipes to now be gluten free and not only was it delicious, but when it was served I was informed by the employee bringing it out he had just washed his hands before even touching my plate. I had checked the allergen menu online beforehand and saw the white chocolate cheesecake did not show gluten in the allergens but wanted to confirm as it had a cookie crust. I am so impressed with their allergy policies and will 100% be back! Thank you!
