Kelseys Original Roadhouse

I have celiac disease and this was probably the best “non-gf” restaurant experience I have had! I was a bit wary as the last time I went to a Kelsey’s (different location) there were issues but this was great. Erin, our server, was wonderful in double checking with the manager to confirm things were safe for me to eat. I had the balsamic chicken, which I think has recently changed recipes to now be gluten free and not only was it delicious, but when it was served I was informed by the employee bringing it out he had just washed his hands before even touching my plate. I had a free birthday dessert, and typically it’s one dessert choice provided for that but due to my celiac I was told I could choose a dessert that would be safe for me. I had checked the allergen menu online beforehand and saw the white chocolate cheesecake did not show gluten in the allergens but wanted to confirm as it had a cookie crust. The manager came out to confirm with me that he read through the ingredients on the box to confirm it was in fact safe. I am so impressed with their allergy policies and will 100% be back! Thank you!
