I love Kelsey’s. This was a great Kelsey’s! However, it just felt very transactional and it was just a vibe (also 100% could have been our fault for not asking for a booth). Our server was phenomenal, the food was Kelsey classic, it was just the general aura that felt off. Food lost one star but more so from my own hangups… I’m gluten free and a gluten free burger is hard to be succulent at a chain.
