Kendo Asian Cuisine Sushi and Hibachi

This was my first time eating Sushi and being Celiac on top of that I was nervous. Peter who I believe may have been a manager and John our waiter, took time to explain everything to me. To show me their sauces that were gluten free. He basically said unless it's fried I can make anything you want. They have gluten-free soy and sweet chili sauce. We had the Titanic and Naruto rolls and the Salmon skin roll which they do grill. The food was amazing we will definitely be back! Thank you for a great experience.
