Not convinced with the gluten free. Went in and asked if it was coeliac safe and was assured. Came to serving, and the waiter didn't seem to know which one was gluten free. Then he brought my peas out with his finger covered in batter crumbs. I wish I was more confident to say something. Also my 3 year old ate off the child menu. He had a fishcake with beans (the smallest pot, probably not even 2 table spoons full) for £6.95? No chips? Thats ment to feed a child up to the age of 12? Shocked!

Don’t be put off by the old fashioned and slightly cramped restaurant- the food is very good and reasonably priced too. Gluten free available too!
