I have gotten pizza from Kent Pizza in Winsted for many years. It was always delicious and the service was great. Yesterday I placed a phone order for a regular large pizza and a small gluten free pizza. I spoke to someone on the phone who repeated my order back to me twice. My ex husband went to pick up the pizzas and was told that the small was not gluten free. Gluten free is not just an preference for my child, since she is allergic. So basically she didn't get any pizza out of this dinner? Because the person on the phone, despite repeating my order twice to me didn't follow through.
Also, the food was not as good as It has been in the past. It seems like they're using a different red sauce maybe?
