Five stars aren’t enough for Ketodelia Restaurant and Bakery — it’s truly exceptional. The grand opening on November 1 was an unforgettable experience. The space is completely renovated and transformed — bright, elegant, and full of character, with original art on the walls from a local artist. The atmosphere is classy yet welcoming, and the live music during the opening added a vibrant touch — I hope there will be more of that in the future. The kitchen is spotless, with every fridge, tray, table, sink, and oven brand new and gleaming. Ketodelia finally gives Toronto what it needed — keto and gluten-free food that’s fresh, rich in flavor, and made with real, high-quality ingredients like almond flour, walnuts, heart of palm, and grass-fed beef. The menu is a delight. I’ve tried many of the dishes — the comforting chicken soup made from free-run chicken, the mouthwatering almond flour bagels, the decadent chocolate brownies, and the heavenly cupcakes crafted with care and love. The owner has poured her heart, talent, and kindness into this venture, and it shines through in every detail. Ketodelia is a rare gem in Toronto — a must-visit for anyone who values quality, creativity, and passion for healthy, delicious food.
