Kettner Exchange

This was my first visit and I see why they received a Michelin star for their cuisine. The service is top notch, the staff is very knowledgeable on the menu and have recommendations ready. They're fully aware of ingredients in each dish to assist with any dietary restrictions and have multiple options for those that are gluten or cow dairy sensitive. They are completely willing to do items in the side or substitutions, where possible, to accommodate dietary restrictions. Zach was our Waiter and was dynamite. He gave everyone the same positive energy, enthusiasm and attention. I hope to see him again. The only critique I have is restroom cleanliness and maintenance. Door handles and locks are in need of attention. The bathrooms overall lacked a general sense of attention, as if they hadn't been attended to throughout the evening. Lastly, the value service was fantastic, the team working that night seemed to care about each vehicle and park it safely. I'll be back.

Amazing restaurant!! Great service, all the dishes are to share so it’s a family experience overall! They have plenty of gluten free options which i am thankful for! The pudino dessert is to die for!! Highly recommend it.
