We contacted Keyrouz regarding their gluten-free Lahm Beajin. We were informed that a manager would return our call. When we spoke with the manager, his response was both rude and unprofessional. He stated that Keyrouz does not offer such a thing like gluten-free Lahm Beajin, only small Mana'eesh zaatar. We corrected him by explaining that this information was inaccurate and mentioned that we could pre-order if necessary. Despite this, the manager continued to be unprofessional and suggested we contact higher management before abruptly ending the call. This behavior is unacceptable, especially given my long history as a customer of over 20 years.
