Khoa-hom has delicious Thai food cooked to order! It is flavorful and well-balanced with generous portions. I am gluten free and vegan and they were easily able to prepare a variety of dishes to meet my needs; just make sure to specify your dietary requirements. I got the Pad Thai (made gf and vegan) and Thai ice green tea (using coconut milk) and Mango Sticky Rice. I will definitely be back when visiting Dinosaur National Monument in the future.
