Slow service, serious errors, and high prices:
We were at this restaurant two days in a row, and unfortunately, the experience was not positive.
On the first day, we had booked a paella meal. It took a long time for both our service and our attention, and although the food was decent, the portions were small for the price. The most worrying aspect was the handling of a medical condition: we warned several times that one of the diners, a minor, was celiac. When we ordered ice cream for dessert, they confirmed it was fine, but once we had started eating it, they informed us they couldn't guarantee it didn't contain traces of gluten. The minor was extremely upset. These kinds of errors shouldn't happen, especially after we had been specifically warned. Furthermore, they had included extra drinks on the bill, which we had to dispute.
Even so, despite the bad experience, we returned the next day out of necessity: we were no longer the least bit celiac and were on our way back, so we were looking for a quick meal before heading out. It wasn't to be. Although there was no room at low tables, we were offered high tables, which we accepted... and the problems began again. Long wait times, dishes that never arrived, and, in particular, one that was never served despite having requested it several times. After more than an hour and a half, we asked for the bill and cancelled the dish. They brought it to us with some apologies, but when we asked if they could offer a business gift for the wait and the service lapse, they replied that they were quite right not to charge us for what they hadn't brought.
We understand that there may be difficult days, but if the service is like this in June, it's worrying to think about what it will be like in high season. Furthermore, the prices are higher than at the port restaurant, which has better reviews.
